DRAINAGE AND WATERPROOFING FOR BARN

We had a customer in Hickory NC that had a barn that they were restoring but were having constant issues with water running through the walls. The barn was on a concrete slab but was below the ground level on three sides so they had a consistent issue of moisture making its way through the walls. They also had a problem where the front, garage door had been damaged and wasn’t forming a complete seal. The driveway leading to the barn was uphill so all the water was running down the drive and into the front. 

For the exterior walls and front door we performed our Exterior Waterproofing service which including us covering the walls well above the ground level to ensure that no water would be able to break in to the barn. We then added a larger water drainage channelling system in the front of the barn door as well as a retaining wall to the side for extra protection from groundwater runoff. 

In the end we ensured the barn stayed dry and that no water would intrude upon this establishment any longer.
